Iron Blight FAQ
All Questions
What is Iron Blight?
Iron Blight is a single-player survival horror game by Ronesans Interactive, published by Rock Paper Publisher, released on Steam on 24 August 2026. You play a man trying to survive one night in the Eastern Bloc town of Prasnova long enough to find his wife, Valeria. It has no HUD, no ammo counter and a grid inventory, so every magazine check is something you do by hand.
Is it spelled Iron Blight or Ironblight?
The Steam store page and every Ronesans Interactive announcement write it as two words: Iron Blight. Ironblight as one word is common in search and will find the same game, but it is not the official spelling.
Is this the Ironblight from Tibia?
No. Ironblight is also the name of a creature in the MMORPG Tibia, and searches for bestiary entries, hunts and mounts belong to that game. This site only covers the 2026 Steam survival horror game Iron Blight by Ronesans Interactive.
Is Iron Blight multiplayer or co-op?
No. Steam lists Iron Blight as single-player only, with Steam Achievements and Family Sharing. There is no co-op mode and none has been announced.
How much does Iron Blight cost?
The list price is $12.49 USD. At the time of writing it is discounted 20% to $9.99 USD on Steam. Prices and discounts change, so treat the store page as authoritative.
Is there still an Iron Blight demo?
Not on the store page. Ronesans Interactive ran a demo around Steam Next Fest in February 2026 and posted about it on 22 February 2026, but as of 27 August 2026 the store page no longer lists a demo alongside the full game.
Does Iron Blight have codes or cheats?
No. Iron Blight is a paid single-player game with no promo code system, no redeem screen and no in-game currency, so any site advertising Iron Blight codes is not describing this game.
Does Iron Blight have an official Discord?
Yes. The launch announcement on 24 August 2026 pointed players to the team's Discord, which is linked from the Steam store page at discord.gg/7GnNCpkKKS. The developers also reply directly in the Steam Discussions, including in the pinned bug report thread.
Where does the developer post updates?
Patch notes go up as Steam announcements on the Iron Blight store page, usually the same day a fix ships. Ronesans Interactive also posts on YouTube at @ronesansinteractive and on X as @Aquametsis, and replies in the Steam forums.
Does Iron Blight run on Mac, Linux, console or Steam Deck?
The Steam page lists Windows only, with no Mac or Linux build and no console version announced. Valve has not published a Steam Deck compatibility rating for it, so Deck play is untested rather than confirmed either way.
How many endings does Iron Blight have?
One, for now. Asked directly in the Steam forums whether other endings existed, a developer replied that there are not currently any others but that the team plans to add one.
How long is Iron Blight?
The campaign runs across two chapters, which a developer confirmed in the Steam forums when answering a question about future content. Ronesans Interactive has not published an average completion time, and we will not invent one.
